• Spiritual developers must refrain from asceticism. If an approach or practice brings objective benefit, it should be integrated into daily life — not rejected in pursuit of arbitrary purity. Asceticism breaks the fundamental logic of growth by denying what works.
• Newcomers must refrain from nihilism. Nihilism destroys the very foundation upon which growth is built. If nothing matters, nothing can improve. This is a trap that paralyzes the soul before the journey even begins.
